Plain-language summary of what this site collects, why, and how to reach me about your data.

Vince Arizala operates vincearizala.com (this site). This policy explains what personal data the site collects, why it is collected, and how you can contact me about it.
This site is a professional portfolio and lead-generation site for consulting services. It is not a consumer app or marketplace.
Depending on how you use the site, I may collect:
- Contact form: name, email address, and message content.
- AI Readiness Assessment: email address, optional name, your answers, score, and result tier.
- Booking widget: if you schedule through an embedded calendar, that provider may collect details you enter there.
- Technical logs: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
I use this information to:
- Respond to inquiries and discovery requests.
- Send assessment results and related recommendations by email.
- Notify me when someone submits a form or completes the assessment.
- Maintain business records for follow-up and service delivery.
- Keep the site secure and troubleshoot technical issues.
Form and assessment submissions are stored in a Supabase database and may trigger email through Resend. If you book a call through an embedded scheduling tool, that provider processes the data you submit on their form.
These providers process data on my behalf to operate the site. I do not sell your personal data.
I keep contact and assessment records for as long as needed to respond, follow up on potential work, and maintain ordinary business records. If you want your data deleted, contact me and I will remove it unless I am required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
You can ask what data I hold about you, request correction, or request deletion where applicable. You can also stop using the site at any time.
Email [email protected] with your request. I will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
The site may use essential cookies required for basic operation and security.
On production, I use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic: pages visited, referral source, device type, and general usage patterns. GA4 may set cookies such as _ga. I do not use GA4 for advertising or sell analytics data.
You can limit analytics collection with browser privacy settings, ad blockers, or Google's opt-out tools. Analytics does not run on local development or staging preview URLs.
I may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
